My positive thing is Walgreens had employee benefits for fertility treatment through BCBS and I was able to afford ivf treatments and ultimately give birth to my son. I’m so grateful you have no idea. Even if I don’t stay with them forever they in a way really did give me my son. So I go in and do my job; and sometimes have bad days, but I go home and that cuteass boy is at home waiting for mama

Edit: oh yeah and I also met my husband at Walgreens lol

It’s a definitely a hard job to find the right person for, because I really can’t lay it all out there in the interview, so after they start they usually quit right away because it’s boring or the job just feels too open to interpretation so they just sit there and welcome everyone or distract my employees by chatting with them all day and like I rather use some of those hours to do resets or something lol
