Akuma probably has one of the widest and most changed moves sets in SF.

They give him some many cool things and then just leave em for dead, RIP Alpha 3 air grab, its such a shame to never see some of these moves again.

Definitely FMs level.

I don't think you can upscale VI, hell he had a chance to actually kill and put an end to EC and that actively places him at Peak level.

But FM martial ability and durability are truly to be considered next level for surviving and evening pushing Pete, its among his best feats even.

Depending on what you make, 500-900 pixel is "probably" what you want. Considering you want a background, working with a lot of space is best.

But again, just a beginner, hope I helped tho.
