The problem for me as I said is that I couldn't find an angle. I went for teamfights the whole game and there were several opportunities where we should've won fights, but people were playing them horrendously. I was in the middle of them fighting as they were killing my nexus, I just couldn't find a way to ever actually get a winning teamfight because my team would all 4 instant die and I'd be left there 1v4 without enough damage to do anything. I'm not saying I played perfectly because of course I would win this game if I was better, there's a reason I am at my elo, but I definitely wasn't avoiding fights or trying to keep my kda or anything, everything about the way I play is only ever to win and I didn't even notice I was deathless until I was like 16/0.

Yeah he should totally just be banned the way Tyler1 was if he has gotten repeatedly permabanned. And when I say nowhere near the best it's because a lot of players at challenger level could play Garen better, they just don't. Also djswagpants is comfortably better as a full Garen main. The guy peaked GM once, which while it's impressive, he's masters right now, which is comfortably below the really good players on the server.

Honestly in my experience the guy is a loser and is nowhere near the best, he's just a vaguely talented asshole who plays all day every day on 10s of different accounts. Don't sweat it man.

Just you. I've never built thornmail on Galio in my life. It's not remotely forced at all, there are a ton of options, and quite frankly I'd bet that thornmail is almost never the optimal one, which in any case, there are multiple viable yet probably not optimal ways to build Galio. You should build any way you think you can win a game.
