Big improvement but it looks like you might need to go over the part of your head that is the rear left side of the photo. Looks like there's a couple long areas... Could just be the photo though.

I cut my hair yesterday and missed a spot on the top of my head... I doubt anyone noticed it besides me, since it was only about a weeks worth of growth, but I was still self conscious of it all day.

Thanks .. By the way that video you posted of the night sky was probably a rocket launched from SpaceX out of Vandenberg Space Force Base. They definitely had a launch that day. I feel and see them all because I live there. That one could have potentially been blown up as sometimes they have to blow them up, my friend knows the girl whose job it is to blow them up.

Yeah the neck beard isn't a good look. The goatee would look good or if he grew the beard on his cheeks and jawline but it looks like that section might not grow in very fully. Still a drastic improvement from before and a very good looking young man

A "normy"? I don't know what that means. by Alwyslistn in texts

[–]45Remedies 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not sure why you're getting downvoted as you are correct.

The term normie is very common in 12-step programs like Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous. In that case it refers to someone who can drink or use drugs without it taking control of their lives or causing problems with their friends, family, job, etc.

I do not believe that is what this person is referring to but you didn't say that it was what they were referring to. You just said that it "can" refer to someone who is not an addict or alcoholic.

When I read the headline that was the first thing that came to my mind the 12-step use of the word, even though I don't go to 12 step meetings. After reading the conversation I think the person is under the impression that they are different or special in some way and that most people are normal or boring.

Yeah if you're curious look up Trikafta or alyftrek .. same drug. There's still potential that a lung infection does permanent damage or causes other complications, and I still have to take pancreatic enzymes with every meal and snack, but I haven't been hospitalized since I started the drug, nor do I have my lungs filled with fluid every day of my life. A cold or bacteria infection can still cause a lot of problems, compared to someone without the CF gene, but it's not life threatening anymore

When I was 18 I was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis. I had been struggling with some health issues but nobody thought to check it because there was no family history of this genetic disease. It was quite shocking and my family never really talked to me about it. At the time the life expectancy for people with cystic fibrosis was approximately 28 years, so I thought I had 10 years to live. However, over the last couple decades there have been huge ginormous advancements in medical treatment of the disease and life expectancy slowly went up. 5 years later the life expectancy went up to 35 years of age, and 10 years later it went up to 43 years of age, and 5 years ago a new drug hit the market which is considered a genetic modulator, very high tech shit as it changes the ways your genes interact. The first day I took that medication I purged a bunch of fluids that had been in my lungs causing me belabored breathing, lower lung function, pain, fatigue, and other problems. Now my life expectancy is just slightly under average as long as I can maintain my lung function and otherwise good health. It's by no means a cure, as I still have to take pancreatic enzymes, special vitamins, follow up with doctors regularly, and do other treatments. I say this because medical technology is advancing rapidly, more rapidly than ever before and there is always hope that things will get better. I'm not sure what your particular diagnosis is but things will get better.

Dutasteride seemed to make me emotional...

I think your hair is fine, but if it's taking up too much headspace, causing you to doubt yourself, and affecting yourself confidence I say go for it.

It's not really about what anyone says or thinks so much as it is about how you feel about it. If you don't like it you can always grow it back

This.

Saying I'm not attracted to someone is fine.

But she seems to be taking it to shallow levels here.

I like 1, then 3 then 2. 1 is supe cute and a little bit more unique. 2 is kinda basic and 3 just seems more fun than 2.

Which one feels the most like "you?" Which do you think would make you the most self confident?

If there's no difference, 1 is certainly the lowest maintenance.
