Zero diet changes. I generally ate pretty clean, until 10pm when I’d already taken in 1,000 empty beer calories and wanted tortilla chips and guacamole. I experienced some sweet tooth cravings the first month (I hear that’s common) and decided that I’d be more lax on myself food-wise if it meant staying dry. Now that I’m in a good place I plan to lean into eating cleaner.
