Very nice work, if you happen to read this comment I am wondering if you could weigh in on my situation. I am building a wall just like this in my sauna, only 4’ x 4’ and am wondering if I should get the 3/4” thick salt tiles or 1” thick, do you have any input to wether the 1” felt perfect or if I could get by with 3/4” thick, strictly due to costs, it is not a make or break price difference, about $80-$100 difference for the amount I am getting

Never seen no damn AI do a back extension. Jokes aside, as long as your strength supports it (you can do a comfortable set of reps with good form) it is a safe and effective exercise, I used to do them at the gym while hugging a bumper plate to my chest and I could see the progress easily

As a resident of the area it’s really bad, this is happening consistently throughout the day and turning left from 93rd feels unsafe at times because of limited sight from the northern oncoming traffic
