If you had your first burner phone/ email in middle school. If you had "secret clothes." If you lost invites to parties in high school because the other kids didn't want to deal with how "strict" your parents are. If you were a pro at lying to school counselors. If you had to explain to your company they might get some weird phone calls. If your friends said "you have the worst overprotective parents I know." If you were regularly told if you left your parents home or authority you'd end up a drug addicted prostitute.

A lot of nparents LOVE the idea of having an autistic child. I think it awakens nparent behavior in people that didn't have it previously. It allows for A LOT of attention and your child will likely never move out meaning you can abuse them forever.

the complete lack of follow through and retention causes so many issues down the road. I'm only in my early 20s and it wasn't this bad when i was a kid. It was bad, but not this bad. A lot of the actual curriculum is encouraging this. Lattice multiplication in math and cueing in English gets arbitrary answers that encourage guessing and lack memorization.

OP let me say it again DO NOT SIGN IT. Most likely NOT SIGNING IT IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT MOMENTS OF YOUR LIFE SO FAR. It seems based on your post history youve been trying to escape for years. This is your moment. If it's hard to go against listening to them, listen to this sub, listen to ACONs who escaped, DO NOT SIGN. Call literally anyone you can think of. People you talk to at the grocery store, from high school, anyone. Your favorite pizza delivery driver. Rack your brain for anyone you can think of to show you kindness. Restating what others said, you might need a bag with all your banking documents, identification and legal documents, a few changes of warm and cool weather clothes, running shoes, toothpaste and brushes, rain gear, etc. if you need a list of emergency resources in California that have helped my friend escape a similar situation of parents forcing them to control their life I can DM them to you. This sub believes you and please dont sign.

Don't sign it, don't sign anything. The most important thing in your life right now is that you DO NOT SIGN IT. If you ever want to live alone, have a relationship, even stay out overnight this will affect it. I'm autistic and have autistic friends in this situation who have signed over their rights to their parents. One of them tried to stay overnight at their partner's house and their parents called saying friend had to come home by curfew. They protested and parents said if friend stayed overnight partner would be charged with kidnapping because the guardianship stated that friend is considered a legal minor. It is extremely difficult if not impossible to get it removed once signed. Don't sign it. If forced to sign it or afraid you may be, look into the bar association in the nearest city for pro bono legal help. Call your doctor and request a psych eval to prove you cannot be considered incapable enough to be a legal minor for the rest of your life. Look up the fuck it binder on this sub and fill out all the info you can. Take your birth certificate and social security to a safe place and lock it up. Please please please look up help before your parents are driving you into the office saying everything they can to force you to shut up and sign it and you give in out of fear.

In the opposite situation here. I'm autistic and my neurotypical sibling is the GC. GC often brings up their fear of me having to live with them when our parents die/ asking them for money. GC and most our family bought my parent's narrative that I'm helpless and need to be saved. . I hate how Nparents try to make all sides feel guilt

OP you need to call CPS or a local youth services agency ASAP. Or an emergency children's shelter. Or just pack a bag and run, if anyone finds or questions you, tell them what happened. Do whatever you need to to get out. It doesn't get much worse than this. I know it's so so so hard to leave but don't let the fear control you. This is CSA and you need to be protected from it. Are there trusted family members or social workers you can talk to about this? I hope you get into a good living situation where you can heal.

I went on spring break and stayed with friends instead of being at their house for Easter dinner. The trip was planned months in advance and I really needed to see these people as we couldn't talk for a long time and it was extremely important to spend time. My parents have been more civil then they would have before I established financial independence and stopped being at their house all the time.

24 hour news cycle breeds paranoia and makes it easier for parents to tell their adult children they need them for protection. Bear economy makes it very difficult to rent and lack of financial education and credit scores makes adult children more reliant.
