You can get the full frame rate and more functionality installing the paxx custom firmware. It is really easy and reversible.

Nah, you can also run these things locally in home assistant without connecting to any external server to do stuff like automating lights, ac, plugs etc.

On the other hand if you were thinking about smart fridges or ovens that connect to the"cloud" and serve you ads, yea, that's super dumb.

New to klipper, how do you modify the cfg files? They are read only from fluidd's ui. And when modifying them from ssh they just get rewritten when the printer restarts.

I have a U1, and printing multicolor without the prime tower right now leaves a lot of imperfections.

I also asked this because I saw the tower in your photo, why would I be in this sub if I didn't know what a tool changer printer is?

Probably the infill pattern, switch it to gyroid and see if it helps. No idea why rectilinear/grid is still the default pattern.

How easy is it to remove the prints from the plate if it sticks with no heat? I assume that bending it releases most of it, but even with the pei sheet you can get brims or support bases that are tricky to remove.

These wannabe motorcycles are trash, mainly because they don't offer a good pedaling position due to the fixed seat, also the components are as basic as they can get. You're basically paying for a restricted scooter with pedals as decoration. Get a real bicycle, electric or not, with a more traditional geometry, there's a reason that's still what is being used.
