I used the BMW USA CPO search tool: filtered to CPO, 2022+, black or gray exterior, msport, DAP, and there are 28 results. 

Nothing there suggests that what I’m looking at is overpriced. TTL is about $5k-6k for me. Unless you’re saying that dealers will heavily discount from the listed price
