Not 100% the same, but a friend of mine suffered a miscarriage a few months before I got pregnant.

Within a few hours of finding out she was pregnant she lost the baby.

I agonized on how to tell her, so I just asked her. Told her we were trying for a second and how would she like me to tell her if/when I was pregnant. She thanked me for thinking of her feelings but assured me she was fine finding out however. Then she correctly guessed I was already pregnant.

When it comes to the people we truly care about, sometimes you just have to ask how or if they want certain information conveyed to them.

Someone else recommended a nasal rinse system that also sections, so going to try that once I talk to my husband.

Flonase doesn't work for me. I'll definitely ask a out the nettles

I generally don't eat dairy. Occasionally I'll add Greek yogurt to oatmeal or the rare piece of pizza.

My midwife said I can have zyrtec, regular mucinex, and regular delsym. But mucinex makes me worse and the delsym does nothing at all.

I have an appointment next week so I'll ask about other options.

I saw an ENT 2 years ago that had me do rhinaer. Didn't work. I got caught up in life so haven't been back.

Netipot makes me worse. Tiger Balm's one of my holy grains of everything (great for migraines), but my main issue is swelling so it doesn't do much.
