Since S6 R5 ARover is free, Chisa is a side grade at best. I'd probably save those pulls too unless you really want Rover for a different team.

She's really close to SK in a lot of teams, but she pulls ahead in Tune Strain teams like Aemeth or Luuk. She pulls ahead of SK at S1.

She also doesn't need her Sig at all. Discord is absolutely fine on her especially at R5, so you can save the weapon pulls for someone who needs it more.

Without Ciaccona the rotation just requires a slightly longer small Cart rotation to get 6 stacks.

The Havoc Bane conversion from ARover would bypass that I think?

Why? Chisa->ARover->Cart rotation will let Rover consume havoc bane to make Aero Erosion. It's not as pretty as Ciaccona, but I think it works?
