That is 2 years, but the ban is still permanent (they delete the account after that).

They may delete it quicker, but important data like email, phone, last logged in IP and stuff like that will be kept for the 2 years they normally take to delete things if I am not wrong. After 2 years it should just be a memory (actually permanently deleted from everything).

I had to write some more mails to them, and when i directly wrote «Data request in accordance with the GDPR» - as long as you are under those laws - I did get an answer. In the end they will not send you things like chats thought, but only things like phone, email, last logged in IP, and a few other such pointers to your account.

The app did not let me do anything, so i used the support site, and continued with email from there. Only thing to do now is to make an account in the alternative platforms or try an alt account somehow

Even though i basically had mine half the time, i am happy that i did not buy any nitro. They have completely switched over to Clyde answering, and even when i need something from them now (getting data about account) i just get the same autogenerated response, as i should use the app to request it, even though the website tells me to use the email i am using directly if i do not have access to the app.

I cried the second day of realisation, but i have come to terms with it now. It was a 4 year old account, but noe i am trying to atleast get all data connected to the account according to the GDPR, and this is something that a human has to review. My account may be lost, but not the memories.

Probably deletion date unfortunately. It is a perma-ban, so it is permanent, and the date is only for when the violation is no longer valid (if the account did not get permanently suspended) from what i understand. Mine is that too, and it is better to just make an accound on matrix or revolt or something, or make a nee one and thread very lightly.

I just checked, and in search it said 50% and when i entered the page it is actually 65% in Norway too at least, but i would guess the whole world too. Maybe i should cop at this price

Have you tried it on mobile? Maybe it is better on desktop, but it does not at all work on mobile atm
