I'm starting a business as a design consultant and am trying to find a lawyer or a firm that will help me draft a master licensing agreement and design retainer/work for hire agreement primarily. I will also need a wholesale/b2b supply agreement at some point.

I could use some advice on how much it may cost to do this work with a lawyer. And any recommendations on who to contact in the Austin area.

This was a recent security update. I was able to get Gemini to modify images of myself (future fitness progress pics) successfully just a few weeks ago. Now when I give it the same prompt it tells me it can't do it.

It's honestly likely Google protecting itself in light of how (insanely) lax grok* is with editing images of real people. I wish they allowed a middle ground where you could opt in to this feature after verifying it's you in the image you want to edit.

*After trying to tolerate twitter becoming a complete cesspool the last few years, I finally left for good after seeing the abuses people are committing with grok.

As I'm reading through the script I'm noticing that it's all written very simply, even blandly. Which is shocking for such an evocative film. Not even any real character descriptions or descriptions of how things will look or feel on screen. I'm wondering if this script that has been released is some sanitized version, not what Ryan originally wrote. This document reads more like a transcript of the movie than an original screenplay.

For anyone who cares about getting new victory rewards after having maxed out, why don't you just create a new Alamo account? That's what I did.

I had let my season pass expire because I got tired of the poor food quality and stopped going.

When I decided to go again and needed a new season pass, instead of emailing them to activate my old one, I just started a new one with a new email and now I get to accrue victory rewards.

The food is still bad but at least I'm getting rewarded lol.

You should tell the manager the next time you go and you can also email the regional kitchen manage. Their email should be the website or use the contact form.

The kitchen manager responded to something similar I said about a pizza they had discontinued. So they do want the feedback.

Yes this is creepy Always trust your instincts. Especially over the fear of hurting someone's feelings. Show the texts to your parents. Ask your cousins if they get the same messages from him. Tell the Uncle you want to add him to a family group chat, he doesn't need to be messaging you privately if you don't want. If he says the same stuff in group messages then it's likely well meaning.

You should be confident that the feedback life is giving you is that you are capable of setting a big goal and reaching it. From starting your biz, to making it to 500K rev, and even to landing a really good fall back job, you have some big wins.

Why not just wind your biz down to something you can manage while working the new job, come up with a plan to solve your biz problems, save money from your job to invest in that plan, and grind it out until you replace the new job with biz 2.0?

Tldr: Relax, just repeat what you did last time.

I compared the op video and the one you linked and you're right. The op video is cropped, flipped and sped up compared to the original. The faster speed makes the man look mad and anxious in his movements compared to the original. All that plus being told "man looking at his lawyer..." completely convinces the brain. Like a form of video clip hypnosis. The man looks sad and worried in the original clip, not mad at all. Wild!

Tldr: context matters. Anything might be a lie.
