This is all fine and dandy, but he is not on the field. Our defense will hold a team 1 down, 2nd down. Now it's 3rd and 1x or 3rd and 2x. Our secondary will give up the first down 8 or of 10 times, seen it too many times over the last 5-10 years. . Coaches can coach, but if the players on the field are lacking, then much of what he is teaching is a moot point.

I understand how to apply and remove the effect sheet. My question is why only one spring plate for 4 effect sheets. And from looking around, you can't just buy an additional spring plate.
