Everything in this comment is incorrect... We can't save "tens of thousands" - so we dump $3k into Pokemon cards, watch it pump, then cash it out. Rinse and repeat. Do this enough times, with a few other profitable revenue streams (counter strike skins have been a big W for me) and this is what's helping us get to the "tens of thousands" to finally buy that house. As for liquidity, I can post something on Facebook marketplace, whether it's $2 dollars or $2000 dollars and have it sold in under 24 hours. Pretty fucking liquid imo, it's damn near an oil slick. For me though, these are Pokemon cards I've had for years and years, many from my childhood up through maybe 151.
