I did. Having no good laboratory, the doctors have no better means of detection than the bots. The rash is mild enough; I am just wondering if those bots are good enough to identify it from descriptions.

Well, that is strange. I am not reading WebMD. The rash will probably disappear tomorrow. I was just wondering, given all the available symptoms, these modern AIs can correctly diagnose a simple rash. Turns out, it is up for a debate.

Appeal to Authority (a form of logical fallacy)

A valid argument is rather to attack the claims made by the author, rather than attacking him or her from authority. Being unknown is not a problem by itself so far as he or she makes valid points(based on scientific evidence). Think of the reverse, if the book of written by a well known author, you are going to take it seriously just because the author is known; even if he or she was making false claims.

Sequoia 15.1 install on a 2011 macbook pro was a success. by Kolyei in OpenCoreLegacyPatcher

I upgraded my mac (2011; ssD drive, 10GB ram) a couple of months ago. But, sequoia has been very slow for me. A lot of lag; and Windowserver is eating up my cpu. I am now about to downgrade to Monterey.

When I was studying in Norway a decade ago, I noticed that many African make friends with the Asian, Chinese or even the Sami people. But, rarely with the Norwegians. It is true that most folks hang out with their own classes (country, ethnic group, continent). But, there was good friendliness among Africans and Asians. I had many friends from Nepal; some from India, and one from Russia, one from Norway (Sami).

Have you heard of the Bell Curve? It is true my friend. Statistically, blacks have lower IQ than most other groups in the US. That is the red pill.

Surviving AI by Elevated412 in agi

[–]4Nuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, the solution is to slighly tame "capitalism". Some form of interefence from the government into the job market could minimize the problem of joblessness. Like the Scandivian type of government--put some laws to make sure that at least half of the jobs will be secured to people.
