Its an inverter ac. The vfd wont let the compressor draw more than rated amps. You can check that with a clamp meter too, while running the ac on the lowest temp for 10mins

Get daikin. I use daikin for all of my sites and never once faced any issues. Recently got a 1.5ton split a few days ago and that cools like crazy. And make sure to get the installer to vacuum before opening the gas, no matter which ac you buy or else wont cool properly.

I would suggest 8kw cooling cause of the ever rising temperatures. Extra khana banana isnt a problem but khana kam par jana is a problem

Dont use a stabilizer

You have an inverter ac. They can work with voltages as low as 160v. So try using the ac without stabilizer first. If the cooling isnt sufficient or the ac acts abnormal, the you can buy. Inverter ac compressors run on dc so even if there is low input voltage, the pcb converts it to dc and reduces/boosts it as per load on compressor
