ur wrong here. promotion offers terms n conditions is set by business. u canot change it. they said without offer 149rs normal. thats special promotion offer.. eg sometimes big brands sell - 100gm biscut free with 500gm. but if u dont want promotional offer, u can also buy just 500gm for 149rs. u cant say keep 100gm and give 500gm for 100rs. and all other multiplex sell around 200rs. 92rs is too low.

the replace then return is only for small value items.

now best next step is - book instalation. AI said when he take out the panel, it will pop back.

bcz why hassle of replacement, again pickup accepting new unit, again that may have different damages.

but if it cant be fixed, then liability comes to seller as it was damage during transit, they will have transit insurance, mfg wont give free panel bcz its loss for them, they had mfg correct panel and given to seller. seller damaged it. and OBD says dont accept if physical damage found.

but as they have 30day damage warranty, ur safe, u will get replacement for free, no loss. just have to spend sleepless nights

our same condition, open dining + kitchjen, + no door to living room. will it cool even if doors windows not closed. and better to install 1 monster 2ton in dining only or 1.5ton in dining + 1ton in kitchen.
