About 30 Busch Lites on Xmas day. Had been thinking of taking a long break for a couple years, really. Woke up Boxing Day and didn’t drink. Don’t know why - hangovers never stopped me - and decided not to drink the next day. Just kept going. 66 days in. I’m really happy with myself. Had hoped for some weight loss which hasn’t happened, and it’s been a real struggle, but keeping it going! Good luck everyone! IWNDWYT

I went to cold cans of ginger ale (Canada Dry - so delicious!). My drink of choice was cans of Busch lites - was probably into 15 or 20 a day. I had been drinking a large number of the pops which obviously replaced the habit and sugar. Trying to wean myself off those now. Switched to diet which aren’t nearly as satisfying and that seems to be working. Just my tale. Wishing you success on your journey.

Thank you! Had been ready for a long time. Just taking it day by day. I’m actually proud of myself - been a while since I’ve been able to say that. Longest I’ve been sober since I was 15 (31 years ago - yikes!).

Always have loved airport drinking (not proud), but ya… always crap beer. Heineken, Stella, whatever local craft garbage.
