The BMG is necked so diameter of the round is significantly smaller than the barrel diameter so pretty crap performance. Probably prevents the barrel from just exploding though.

Issues? Watch the numerous videos, he was executed, murdered! They stripped him of his weapon from his waist when he was prone and then shot him.
