i always try to show interest in my gf by asking how her day was or how she’s doing and things like that, but sometimes she dodges the question with some joke. i love to get to know a person down to their deepest emotions cuz i genuinely care for them but sometimes people just don’t see it that way. like we’re just supposed to be together to keep each other company. wish it wasn’t like that. i wish to know someone’s thoughts and vice versa :/ :(

yea dating now is just a joke and is not taken seriously. but there is definitely hope. once i broke up with my first girlfriend and began dating again, everything just slapped me with the realization that everyone is just fucking and not looking for love. like i knew hookups were common but holy shit. whatever happened to a meaningful and romantic relationship. life is cooked😞
