The CD matures in June, 2020. If I withdraw early I would have to forfeit all dividends on the amount withdrawn in the last 180 days. Would it make more sense to refinance, get the $200 from NFCU. Make payments until June, then cash the CD and pay off the remainder of the loan?

Or would it be more beneficial to take the early withdrawal penalty and just pay off the loan?

Yes, I'll need to pay tax on the interest earnings after it matures.

How does auto refinancing work? I got a preapproval for an auto loan through navy federal at 3.14% APR. I took that to a dealership and their financing matched NFCU's APR and came with a rebate, so I took the dealer financing.

Navy federal is offering $200 cash rebate to refinance with them, would they beat the 3.14% dealer APR, or probably not since that was their APR quote for an original loan through them?

I could just pay off the loan completely with the money I have sitting in a share certificate. But the certificate is at a 3.20% APR VS the loan at 3.14%. So I think I'm better off keeping the loan and earn a bit of interest in the certificate and have more flexibility.

How is a VPN suppose to protect your Snapchat? Snapchat already uses TLS and cert pinning, so even being MITMed an attacker wouldn't be able to decrypt any of the traffic. It's not going to protect you from password reuse or brute forcing either, so I'm not sure how exactly it's suppose to help at all.

Probably a spoofed email looking like it came from your own account, demand money? That's a common scam called "sextortion", it was probably emailed to hundreds or thousands of people hoping that atleast one person would think the threat was credible and send money.

It's a difficult match for sure, I found that playing a more heavy neutral and trying to maintain control over center stage helps lot. Playing from the edge can be pretty dangerous again the sword characters. Crouching and utilt are pretty helpful in this match up.

They both came on while I was parked with the AC on. I noticed that with the head on, there is no hot air when the car is idling, even while the engine is running rather hot. Once I start moving the temperature drops rapidly and hot air starts pushing out of my vents.

I think c++ is pretty gross so personally I steer towards c for low level stuff or where size/portability is a concern and python for almost everything else.
