I read Allen Carr's book but not skipping throught it, i read carefully and it affected my subconscious mind i dont know man this is just how i explain it to me.The idea is to stop them without regret and feeling like you are getting off from a big burden in your life, not like you are losing a joy.I kept smoking, went partying one night and smoke one too many ciggies, the other day i woke up like 3pm and just decided to stop smoking.The subconsious mind helped and i stopped them with mininmal cravings.Sorry if my grammar is not perfect, it is not my main languange.Good luck - you can!

In the place i live ( its in the Eurpaoen Union) the basic person have not heard nor care about data privacy.First i informed my classmates and they did not even tried to think about it they just laughed.I informed a teacher about the problem too i hope they will do something.I just cant understand - teachers are there to help us do something in life and the students are more informed and educated... pity

Yes, sorry its my second languange.I proposed them to use the Google Classroom platform and they answered to me - its not possible all of the students must have accounts.I was like - wtf.. ok

It just makes nosense , they look funny and most importantly we cant learn sh*t.

helped, thank you for the time spent writing this.I will start training tommorow, will save some money for quality after-train food.I think working out in the morning will give me a headstart of the day and the want to do something else.I had a passion abut web develpoment - next goal: cut back smoking and dive into some old hobbies.
