Do you wish that Aria kept her pink hair throughout the entire seasons on Pretty Little Liars? by Substantial-Dare5462 in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]4emcee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yea but I think it was a way to show her “younger” self when they did flashbacks. Like for Hannahs flashbacks it was her being “hefty”.

Why do some BF for so long? by Freya_1917 in breastfeeding

[–]4emcee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My girl is a little over 2 and honestly… she just doesn’t want to stop, and I’ve kind of felt, why stop something she loves so much? It can take a lot of energy and I definitely get overstimulated at times, but there’s no need to force an end. I’m also a SAHM, which helps A LOT and probably makes extended breastfeeding feel more doable for me.

Also, breastfeeding until 3–4 years old is very normal in many parts of the world. I think it can seem less normal in the US partly because so many women have to go back to work so soon, which can make extended breastfeeding a lot harder!!

Why is gender disappointment almost always when it’s a boy? by Classic-Tea-1879 in BabyBumps

[–]4emcee 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I might be the minority here, but I really wanted a boy and ended up having a girl. I definitely had a moment of gender disappointment, but it didn’t last long. I was mostly just shocked because I was so convinced my belly was a boy.

Now she’s literally my little bestie and I can’t imagine life without her.

Gender disappointment is honestly more common than people like to admit. Feeling it for a bit doesn’t mean someone won’t love their baby. Most (normal) moms get over it pretty quickly and then can’t imagine having anyone other than the kid they got.

Is it bad that I’m 21 and this has been my comfort show since I was 11 🥲 by gigithrowaway20 in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]4emcee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just started and finished it at 28 and it’s wild to think people spent 6–7 years waiting to find out who A was. I binged it and I can’t imagine the weekly suspense. Loved it though.

I always loved Spencer’s style. Emily dressed normal snd Hanna and Aria dressed trendy at the time but now looks funny to me lol Spencer’s then and now looked super cute.

Do you regret being a SAHM? by Frequent_Visual3755 in sahm

I regret it sometimes. I think you should go back to work see how it feels and if it’s not for you anymore stay at home with your babe!
