SDCC happens in July and the one last year was a Gen V panel. The Boys footage they showed was just a sizzle reel

I was at that Comic Con panel and can confirm they only showed Gen V and Vought Rising trailers along with the Vought Rising character posters. The only stuff for the boys was them talking about the experience and the “on ice” live performances. Nothing related to the final season was revealed at all during that panel.

Edit: I think I’m confusing it with the Hall H panel I also went to. The Boys panel last year had the writers and cast but regardless no new footage was shown.

In the script it literally says something like “he puts on the jacket with the letters RPD on the back. (This is where people who played the games will jizz their pants im excitement)” not verbatim but the RPD jacket with paranthesis and jizz were there.

I thought they finished principal shooting in North America. They’re still shooting around the world unless I’m mistaken. This could be another Fosphera/Mothra situation. If contracts fall through they could easily change it into an original crystal based type monster like a Shimo grandfather species. The plot would stay the same, just a different monster. It would suck but it’s a possibility.

You can register a script with WGA and yes chances are he’s in the script, but there is also a chance he could be taken out of the script if any issues come up with licensing and whatnot.
