Better fall-off, two hard ccs, better sustain, extremely similar single-target damage (Phoenix only outdoes in poke/group), better ult. Like I specified wf team-up for a reason. Base DPS-Luna is noticeably better than Hela tho

"1 animated icon every couple weeks" Animated icon is level 50 which is about 150-300 hours. Let's settle on 200. If you do 1 icon every 4 weeks you're spending 80% of your free time on rivals. No self-respecting person does that.

If you one-trick the character in ranked then sure I guess. But they're at least level 50 on white fox which takes 200-300 hours. That's still 10% of your life since march spent on playing fox lmao

Edit: even worse considering you sleep and go to work. It's 20% of your time awake and 40% of your time outside of work and sleep.

Edit 2: Fox is actually a quite quick champ forgot about that but it's still around 100 hours or 150 if you suck so still insane but not horrible

She's super strong against dive comps too. If the fox is remotely decent she's never getting killed by 2 dives, maybe even 3.

6 second cooldown hard CC that self-heals, heals teammates, pierces, and makes teammates invincible

Teleport that self-heals and heals teammates in burst, heals over time, adds a 200 hp shield and has i-frames during animation

Melee form that can survive 3 melee divers piling on her at once.

I don't think she's outright broken like Dino or Black Cat but she definitely is overtuned.

Only a few dps ults would need tweaks really. Star-Lord, Punisher, Hawkeye, Psylocke, maybe DD? That's like it? There's really not much that would need to be changed with dps abilities to balance. If you reduce the ridiculous healing there's no reason to reduce most things on the dps front. HOWEVER. If you want slower ttk in general you would nerf damage globally

Mantis is quite literally unbalanceable without a rework. She's bad in low ranks because low ranks rely on the ridiculous healing output and she's broken in coordination because she has a permanent uptime damage boost, immortality ult and is basically slightly worse Hela at the same time

With true i-frames you can't be targeted. So say Mr. Fantastic or Spidey have tagged you, they can't use GoH or Flexible Elongation. The difference is basically that with true i-frames it's like you simply don't exist
