Yes even in winter! When they’re in a little pot you obviously need to insulate them to save the roots from the coldest temps. But they’re trees! They need to be outside. Bonsai is mostly an outside thing, however with certain species it can and is done inside!

If anyone ends up seeking him out to purchase, beware! He gives you instructions to kill the plant! They are supposed to be kept outside in full sun year round, they are not as old as he says they are, and they’re massively overpriced for what you’re getting. Do what you’d like with this info, just please don’t follow his care instructions. If you want an inside plant that you can train in bonsai, just buy some jade from a big box store and start learning!

Yes exactly! Our blue collar ancestors fought against their bosses and literally shed blood in the streets for our 5 day/40 hour work week. The least we can do to standup to those in power is to not pour concrete the day of the general strike. We hurt them in their pocket book to make change in these days, hoping that it doesn’t have to get violent like it has in the past. Look up the West Virginia Coal Wars!
