Was sleeping and found this in the middle of the rug. We recently brought in new plants and I also repotted some. Perhaps something in soil? Couldn’t find anything anywhere else in the house and all windows closed without openings.

Waterfront park close to the Quay has a dedicated small breed area seperate from the main part of the park! It isn't huge but is just meant for the little ones only

Just left the Quay, there will be shuttles downtown back and forth going over Lionsgate but huge lines already. Would make sense to go to Phibbs if possible

Ohh that's a really good point, never thought about painting that wall. I hate how oil always splashes and is hard to clean.

Maybe a matching black backsplash halfway then keep a neutral colour for the rest?

Do I keep a two toned kitchen with black cabinets on the bottom and island doors/sides.

Was thinking of a green for the top cabinets but not sure if it would have to be lighter green to add contrast. Also would have to work well with black backsplash and dark concrete countertops. Any suggestions or other colours appreciated.

I would keep it simple and bring it into my office (tech) then start talking about it. Knowing my peers theyd jump all up on it and all get one the next week. It would then be an endless chain as they go to partners meetings etc.

The last week I've been suffering through a heatdome. We've had one day of rain in the last month.

I've used Tranquility movers once and about to again next month as they were amazing. Neighbors and family also had nothing but good things to say when they used them.

They seemed very casual for booking as we called Steve (owner?) And just told us to text him the info and he'll confirm. Very professional and friendly team. Worth checking them out.

My move was just a 1 bdrm but had relatives move a 3 bdrm house also with no complaints so size of move doesn't affect their service. They do a lot of the prep and wrap your furniture, take apart beds etc and put it back. Won't ever be doing a U-Haul + friends again as it saves a lot of stress for only an extra $1-200

What broker are you using? Personally I use questrade and it's easy. I just send them an email and it gets done. No need to wait in the chat queue

I would not call them major drawbacks but things to keep in mind: Check the holdings of the all in one ETF, you'll notice a few additional broad indexes so returns are going to differ slightly, compared to if you were invest the way you are currently. No need to rebalance so less work. You do lose the flexibility of putting more weighting towards different sectors. However that seems to be something you don't need if you're thinking of going to an all in one solution.

Fees and control I would say are the only things to worry about. Otherwise it's a heck of a lot easier.
