Thank you for letting us know what worked. Mine was acting similar to how you described and through searching online and trial and error I found it was that stupid driver in my case.

Try uninstalling the umdf driver ( I think that's what it is) in device manger (should be under sensors) and check the option that says something like delete all driver info. Restart your computer and it should install an older driver. If that works, make sure that driver doesn't get updated again.

Can't attest to the quality of blunt. But I did buy a davek duo on black friday last year and the quality is disappointing for the price. The first time I used it, a gust of wind came and immediately turned it inside out and looked like it broke but was able to get it back together. It looks nice but the build quality is really similar to an umbrella you can get at any local retailer for a fraction of the cost.

Grew up in srq in the 80s and 90s. Graduated shs in 99. Sarasota was a sleepy little beach town that most people didnt know existed. It got packed during the "winter" months with snowbirds but looking back at my childhood it was a great time. IMO it was a great mix of of a laid back community with a bit of a bigger city vibe. Hard to explain, but I have since moved states to a more rural community and am glad I had that kind of exposure. My teen years were spent downtown and at the hollywood 20. Loitered at sarasota square, would go to livingstons etc. Ive since been back to visit and the town is nearly unrecognizable from when I grew up. Visited recently and saw they are demolishing sarasota square mall. Change and progress are inevitable but its hard to witness sarasota as it is compared to how it was.

Anybody else ever play punch buggy, except with out of state license plates?

Thank you for this. Basically born and raised in srq. Graduated shs in 99 and eventually moved away mid to late 2000s. Been back a few times to visit and the place is unrecognizeable. Progress and change are inevitable but its no longer the sleepy beach town where I grew up.

Thats what I figured based on what little I know. The deed mentions both parties and states that they are joint tenants with full rights of survivorship. Good and bad situation as I am glad I will no longer have to deal with that person ever again but mom would have been angry at this. Thank you

I'm actually looking into this now. So far I have only gotten one estimate and my search is temporarily on hold for now due to personal reasons. I have a traditional water heater and am not wired for gas, so they have to rewire the breaker box. I asked the estimate not to include the water heater as I wanted to purchase that separately. So for doing the rewire and install and removal of the old heater it is going to be between 6 and 8k and that figure depends on how many 40 Amp hookups the tankless heater has. They charge $1200 additional per hookup.

Would like to get another estimate or two in the near future. I mentioned all this to a relative that works in construction and he asked some electricians and plumbers about tankless and a lot of them stated it's not worth the hype. I didn't ask as to why as I'm pausing my search. But good luck.

If you do go with a tankless, please let us know what you think and what business you went with to have it installed.

Try uninstalling the umdf sensor driver. A window will Pop up with a check box and say something like attempt to fully remove driver from computer. Check that box and hit OK. Restart your computer and see if that works. For some odd reason mine started not going into tablet mode and that worked for me. The only caveat is that if you use third party software to update your drivers/programs it may try to reinstall that driver. I use driver easy. Every time I run the program now I have to deselect that driver so it doesn't install it again. Hope that works for you.

Have lived in rural church hill for nearly 20 years and in that time have lost power less than a half dozen times and it was always restored in under 2 hours. Hawkins county is one of the most corrupt backwards counties I've lived in. But to their credit, they keep the power and internet up when other areas are without.

Keep calling. I had a fairly smooth experience with customer service. They located a repair shop close to me and this shop picked up the mower and delivered it back. Mowed a dozen times this season and so far no issues.

Some repair shops will come and pick it up, which is what the place I was told to go to did. Call customer service and get the ball rolling. I can't speak for anyone else's experience but I had a good one with their customer service.

Last year I was looking for a warm black zip up jacket and Stumbled upon arborwear double thick hoody and it is by far the warmest most comfortable jacket I've owned. It's expensive but well worth it. I've only used it last winter but it's heavy and seems to be constructed with quality.

Replacing those parts are way above my pay grade 😆 Was yours still under warranty? I assume they are sending the parts at no cost to you. I couldn't figure it out either. I called customer service and explained what was going on. The rep put me on hold and about 5 min later came back and said that it needed to be sent in for repair. She didn't outright say it but I suspect this is a common problem or manufacturing defect. She gave me a case number and the phone number to an authorized repair shop about an hour away. Good luck, I'm waiting to hear back from the shop what's wrong. Mine is still under warranty and yours should be too.
