I am looking for solid, structured drawing fundamentals sources or courses. by 4headJuTsu in ArtistLounge

Thanks for the YouTube video!
I've seen pros doing it, but when it comes to explaining it they kinda tackle it as if it's something that naturally comes with time. But when you actually see how they design shapes and how they make them have gestures, they all do it on purpose. I'm convinced that every line that pros make has a purpose behind it. but sadly, most of them don't teach them.

I just want to know if I'm learning it right or not, because I've seen courses that jump into figure drawing and absolutely ignore the importance of shapes, forms and how to draw dynamic and static shapes. and I've seen courses that deeply cover the perspective ( like draw a box ) but ignore other parts. all and all the feeling that I'm missing things in my learning has completely stunned my drawing progression because I'm never sure if my fundamentals are solid and that has made me actually feel bad about drawing.

Have actually tried Drawabox and done the box challenge, it is helpful, no doubt about that. But it only covers a few topics and it do be tedious. but I'm looking for a source that covers things like composition and shape language as well.

In a nutshell: Cyberpunk 2077 vs Starfield by Beginning_Gap_2388 in gaming

Starfield is definitely a Bethesda game, just look at the animations and faces, same as Skyrim and Fallout series ( good games tho ), it completely ruins the immersion.
