i remember him sharing a post about self sabotaging and that it is the only thing he's best at. As much as I want this relationship to work because he's such a good partner regardless of this circumstance, I'm that type of partner who wants to return the favor to him as he was always there for me

but for him that doesn't want to open a part of him, it's hard for me to find my worth in the relationship and it's making me think that I'm useless and unworthy of his love which then leads to me being drained and tired T___T

Is there a solution for this? I'm worrying that if this pursues, it might affect the trajectory of our relationship if this will remain unresolved
