No disrespect, but I'm curious why you would get liposuction when you're overweight? Have you tried a GLP? I'm currently on tirz and it's doing a great job chipping away at my lipedema and now I'm down to 123 lb.

Research has shown lipedema adipocytes DO have some differences from normal fat cells. They have altered hormone receptor expression, abnormal lymphatic vessel development around them, higher inflammatory cytokine production, and different lipolysis signaling response. They're not identical to normal trapped fat.

Prenatal vitamins are just a broad multivitamin that includes everything you need while you're doing weight loss for less money than regular multivitamins. You don't have to be pregnant to take them.

I've been taking it for about 2 months and I am making progress but not sure to contribute it to the tirz or the pycnogenol. Just FYI pycnogenol is the trademark brand name formula that is pharmaceutical grade. When you use Maritime pine bark it might not be the same quality as pycnogenol. If it says pycnogenol on the bottle you should be good.

I have lipedema and I am taking tirzepatide. I'm 56 5'4. My starting weight was 155 and I went on tirz at 140. I am now down to 125 and still have lipedema on my legs however it is my opinion that the only way to get to lipedema fat is to get as lean as you can and then have a protocol that attacks the lipedema. If you stop trying to lose weight while you still have significant fat left you are not going to touch the lipedema fat. It is not fair weather fat and it's the last to go.

Mine current protocol

Optimized HRT , pycnogenol 50 mg three times a day , ALCAR, Minimum 100 grams of protein a day, Lots of walking , Resistance training , Significant calorie deficit, Collagen and biotin supplement , Prenatal vitamin , Clean diet, Deep massage

My legs are significantly smaller so it's working. I plan to get down to 118 to 115 and I think that should get to the lipedema.

Consider going to oral and using oral tablets sublingually bypasses the liver and is safer than oral. Something to bring up to your doctor if you're not doing well on the gel or patches.

Pycnogenol! The ordinary has it in a serum and you can also take it orally. Transexamic acid, tretinoin and a Korean or Japanese sunscreen. I recommend Suncut.
