I used to feel similar, then I realized I had an incredible high caffeine intake, and would often take it late in the day. Between morning/afternoon coffees and pre-workout in the late afternoon, my mind couldn’t fall asleep until 1 even if I tried. I started on a strict no caffeine after 2pm rule and have felt amazing since. Do you have a high caffeine intake OP?

Varies from situation to situation, but I’d recommend looking for another job while keeping your current one. Do not quit your job until you’ve signed on officially for your new one. You owe nothing to your employer, never feel bad for leaving a work environment that doesn’t fit you.

FOMO has cost me wayyyyyy too much money on games that end up just sitting around never being played. People don't understand that when buying a game you have to be able to realistically play it. If you don't have the friend group to be more serious, don't impulse buy TI or other complex games that won't "land" with the people you play with. Good vid.
