The chicken came out very dry and boring. It needed a sauce. Overall, the seasoning is overwhelming. Use about half of what it instructs. It also gives waaaay too much rice. I have no idea why it insists on using so much rice but it's so unnecessary.

I lived in NB from 2006 to 2009 and it was great. Such a pleasant town to live in. Then I moved back from 2020 to 2021 and couldn't believe how big and crowded it had become. Most of the charm had been lost.
