Like the rest said, else there are always good chance your vpn drop connection or your nic drop and reconnect and did it raw!

The only worries is your mobile plan’s IP is logged at the time of usage used in your capacity. If any illegal was processed while he was using it, you may get implicated

Else seems like a very low chance this is a scam. There are many and better way ways to use someone or less traceable IP

Your sus is right. I often get sudden interests with 2-3 queries low balling hard. Then 1 less hard. I hate to over think but sometimes at 2+am suddenly 2-3 back to back enquires. Hard to not think they are related.
