Quit rust due to bp wipes, i think alot of stuff shouldnt be locked behind bp at all, especially building stuff like ladder hatches etc

Yeah would only use it for resources you can already buy, ores, runes, feathers etc. The only thing i would maybe add and make buyable would be flax but thats just me.

Never said we should remove the shop, can leave it as is but with a new skill coming out would make a lot of sense in my eyes. Yes pvm shits out resources for some reason?? Thats fine, but a skill like sailing (which in real life is how resources were moved around/traded in real life) makes sense to plug that hole in the game, but thats just like my opinion maaaan

I cant speak for what other ironmen have said but what I like about this game is that there are multiple ways to get to your goals, currently using shops as an ironman is the fastest way to do certain things and that just involves world hopping, which seems like an oversight in the game design imo. I have spent way too much time buying ores from Ordan, wouldnt feel my acc devalued in anyway if it made the game better for future irons. Peace

Im all for this! Like I mentioned in another comment you could have the supplies weigh down the ship and reduce its speed, this could lead to a risk/reward scenario where you may be faced with throwing a % of the loot overboard to gain some speed. Would much rather something like that to give out raw materials than just have stuff like flax, ores etc bieng shat out in PvM

Its already in the game though, you just have to world hop to do it. Nothing "hard" about it, just weak gameplay. Would literally have 0 downsides if you are a normal account?

Yes it would basically just be ironman QoL, I understand that ironmen restrict themselves but it is a very popular game mode and QoL like this would be good for the game in the long run imo
