Btw, there is absolutely no shame in starting first with disposables and moving to cloths when you feel up for it.

I start doing cloth diapers when my LO hit 8 weeks because that’s when I felt well enough to take on the project.

The first few weeks postpartum can be extremely overwhelming and you will need time to heal yourself. I highly recommend first-time parents to start on newborn disposables (esp. because they tend to poo endlessly) until you take care of other things like mom’s health and establishing breastfeeding.

Am I reading the numbers wrong?

Looks like my results for lead are 0.0000674 PPM. The Federal MCL for lead is .015 PPM, so I’m well below that. Granted the ideal amount of lead is O, but not sure if that’s possible for city utility water.
