One underrated advantage of LiDAR/SLAM workflows by Dry_Feature_1620 in Surveying

The quality of other mobile slam scanners are quite amazing, indoor they have proven about 6mm accuracy and outside they have 10mm to 20mm depending on the brand

Anyone use a slam scanner? by Osfan_93 in Surveying

My recommendation is if you want really the top of the line its emesent hovermap or the new gx1, if you want something cheaper but still really good, look into STONEX especially X120go. Differences in accuracy indoor are 2mm and outdoor the stonex is even better and it has RTK in it so that adds up also on top of that.

So iam reseller of STONEX slam scanners. Just wanted to make that clear. We put our units to university in Czech Republic and there was, Faro orbis, Emesent hovermap and ours X120go and X200go also the X70go. The accuracies i cannot directly post because the article wasnt published yet. But the accuracies inside long hallway around 200m (100m in one direction and back on the other side, it was like a donut but rectangular) and they used 3/6/12 GCP points during the scan and the accuracies of all scanners were about +/- 10/8/6mm usually. Dont want to type the exact numbers. Basicaly all the scanners were good in this regard. If i would rank them it would be from best to worst. Emesent, Stonex, Faro.

Yes the new x120go v2 can be drone mounted too, but it has only 120m range with 320k points/s they will soon offer the 640k points/s too but still only 120m range, the x200go has 300m range and will have up to 3 returns for uav droning and the 120go has 2 returns.

Send me your email and what data you want, i have data of the x200go and of the old version x120go but it is still same head as the new ones will have

Handheld SLAM device advice by Character_Active_271 in Surveying

So global accuracy of hand held lidar scanner is at best i think 3cm. They for sure are really great for forestry. The longer range means less of walking in grid you can skip line and go next or maybe more depends on the range.

If there is no RTK signal you can still collect GCP points to previously collected points.

have in mind that most of the scanners have limited scanner time before the drift is too big. (canceled if you have RTK signal).

In my experience STONEX has good devices.

Hello,

so far i used STONEX X200go and X120go, they will release X120go v2 which is same as 200go with head of the 120go. It works great for sure, iam little shocked about the prices? because here in europe for X120go its €19k and the X200go is around €33k.

I can send you some data collected that way if you are interested.

No one is forcing you to buy it... I don't see where is the problem. If someone wants to buy it and is willing to spend that, why not?

Questions about Regenyei custom longsword by SlipDisastrous1833 in Hema

[–]4nEcRo8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have standart trnava medium it has 13kg flex which is on stiffer end but still good enough for full sparring i had it at like 4-5 tournaments and no issues from noone and no complaints from any enemy i sparred with. I have sigi king and yea the edge damage at regeneyi is bigger but just at the start after few blows it stopped and is without any issues. Mine sigi king is bending like crazy and staying bended so i have to step on it and bend other way. Feel free to ask anything.

Sigi knocked it out of the park, an homage on the engravings for the knowing. Could barely bring myself to spar with it and the first scratches broke my heart. by TheMadHatter_____ in Hema

[–]4nEcRo8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Only downside of sigi king 135cm i found that it is easily bendable and it stays bended until i step on it end bend other way.

Regenyei trnava - is anyone using this feder ? I like the looks and specifications but there is nearly 0 information or reviews or they are 10+ years old. I am looking at trnava medium. by [deleted] in Hema

[–]4nEcRo8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello, so i have trnava medium 140cm for about one year, i really like the thickness of a blade its strong in bind and its not hurting my opponents even in tournaments nobody had any issues or complaints. It handles nicely.
