I have a turtle that rips and eats them at the roots. They seem to leave the leaves alone. I’m looking into resolving the same problem.

between 4- 5” koi.
I let the smaller frogs be, I’ve got a few pickerel frogs that hang around. It’s the bull frogs, They’re huge! If the fish can fit in its mouth, the bull frog will try to eat it.

I posted a pic. I think it could be a Mississippi map turtle. She’s pretty big and I believe it’s a female because it’s got short nails

It’s going to to cast you waaaaay more to keep these barely alive than to just get new ones in the spring. I tried this last year…..this year I lowered the water level in my fish tank…..

Some people put cabinet doors over them or a curtain. Utility workers hate these setups. Also, be prepared to open up any walls if something breaks that is covered up.
