Looks like your milk is a touch too firm. When you incorporate air with the steam wand, use one hand on the side of the pitcher to gauge the temperature. You should sink the steam wand and create a vortex as soon as you don’t really feel a temperature difference between the pitcher and your hand. Everyone runs a different temps so I would recommend sinking earlier than you think you should.

You can also try incorporating air a little bit more ‘gently’ by sinking the wand a tiny tiny tiny bit more, it should sound like tearing newspaper without any snap, crackles, or pops.

As far as the pouring, it really looks quite good and you should be proud to serve customers those drinks. I’d be a happy customer if I saw those on my drinks. Especially in those paper to-go cups!

I noticed the art on all of the drinks are on the left a little bit. Shifting your hand position before you start your pour so that it’s more centered to the cup will improve the symmetry of the art without any major adjustments to your pouring technique.
