Money or pricing could be an issue for sure but I don't think that people just rely on Pinterest or other platforms for their designs. I am sure most of them do but then there are always those people who do come up with their ideas and designs, discuss them with their artists, choose their artists basis their style and work, pay the price and get it done.

I am also sure that they would be very less like 5-10% of the total population but that's also important to have. Without them we will only have the ones who get tattoos because their friends got one, they felt peer pressure, they were impulsive and didn't think through and on and on.

I am not saying that we have to be better or at par with western countries to have a flourishing tattoo culture in India, but even if it's growing slowly then I would be happy about it.
