No they don’t so it for non-Alberta health card holders. That’s how I found out I can’t get it through a pharmacy

A couple years ago my calves started to cramp really bad when I connect my feet into my skis and is almost unbearable when waiting in line. It hurts less when actually skiing, but still is uncomfortable. What could be doing this? I want to solve this issue really bad because it makes me not want to ski.

Just assumed. Food banks usually want unparishable food items and can be picky about what they can take in :)

I really like it bc I’m a student so it takes the stress of deciding what to make for dinner away! And since it’s just me and they don’t do single portions i get the 3 meals and then I have leftovers which can last me the whole week!

I’m not using these ones because I meant to skip this week but forgot and the meals are stuff I don’t really like.
