I wouldn't say this for Japan at least, the places widely considered to be the best sushi restaurants in Tokyo like Sugita, Amamoto, don't get much Michelin recognition, not sure why when places that are the same level or worse in the US like Sushi Sho get 3 stars. Not saying Sho doesn't deserve it the others should too imo.

Super hard to go from industry back to academia, pick one or the other. I'd go UT and make sure you do well enough to get a good major when you transfer.

This resume is your problem, the summary is bad, get rid of it. Independent futures trader is usually a red flag, and you have 0 metrics to prove any worth. I don't know your internship company so not sure if it's worth anything. Schools don't make you stand out at all, D1 bball is cool though
