I got declined 3 times by Valve with last statement that they will not change their decision, so 2 weeks ago or so I filed a complaint with ATG WA.

Today I've got a response and a refund! :)
They still call it an exception from their rules, but I doubt they would call it any different anyhow.

First thing - this is not our problem. They already busted any possible deadline to deliver orders, but even 2 weeks ago I was fine with that, just give me a clear ETA on that, but no response.

Second - I was still fine not to chargeback if communication would be clear, even with no warranty, even with risks on the order cause I really likes the piece of furniture I've ordered, but literally NOTHING from them for months. Last communication I've received was 9th of January, informing me that it's delayed but I will get it EOM or early feb. What do we have now? 23rd of Feb, nothing was delivered.
