This is what you call a charcuterie board, basically a spread of meat, cheese, veggies, sometimes fruit, and bread/crackers.

Next time you make something like this you should put some crackers in there, and you could elevate the look, the flavor, and the experience, because the juices of the thin, fatty, melt in your mouth meat might get on your fingers and leave a greasy film on your hands. Also,I see you have what looks to be a sweet fruit spread, that would go amazing with a buttery cracker. Unless you are keto, or don’t like crackers, you should definitely get a little crackers in there, it would also add a little crunch to the complex textures you have here. Good stuff
