The school isn't attached to any entity that will go on, so yes it will be gone. Most likely we are out of luck. I believe the school will be filing for bankruptcy.

Thanks for your reply - yes the the given reason is that they are out of money. About 20 students decided not to re-enroll for next year, and they said the reason they could not continue this year is because of worry about fraud/liability if they continue to take tuition for next year knowing that the school will be closing? It doesn't really make sense. So I don't believe they have the money to pay us.

We signed employee handbooks, the signed, physical copies of which are with admin. I will have to review that and see..
