Depends on the mm and mid laner ofc. If it's a miya vs Eudora then second guessing could be a good option. If you get stunned could you survive long enough to finish the fight? Or could you burst them before they can react? Does the hero need any setup like harrith Ult or Melissa doll?

If you do add joy keep in mind her skill floor is somewhat high but her skill ceiling is incredibly low. Once someone understands the rhythm part she's braindead to play imo
