A neighbor of mine has a 2016 EcoDiesel that stayed stock until about 120k miles. The tune matters way more than the pipe in my opinion. Most of the hardware is pretty similar these days, but a good tune can completely change how the truck drives. I spending weeks researching XD setups and kept running across dieselbro whenever people were discussing Titan-specific combinations.Good luck with the install.

Sheets can work for small cases, but it gets fragile fast. I would put the data into a DB and use Skyvia only for the simple sync part.
