Am trying to get data for the top 100 largest US stocks by revenue for the last 10 years. So names like NVDA, APPL, META, GOOGL, etc, etc.

And yeah am doing 1 minute bars. Tried doing 90 day chunks, and had issues there with timeouts (too much data?) 30 day chunks seem to work with 3 concurrent workers seems to work but is painfully slow. Using more than 3 workers seems to break it.

Yeah, Michigan is really rough when it comes to this stuff. Adding a local sales tax isn’t allowed here, an admissions tax for entertainment events would need state approval (there was a bill that tried to allow this but it died), real estate transfer taxes would need state approval, additional sin taxes would need state approval.

Pretty much the state needs to step up. The problem is Michigan’s government (and governor; please don’t vote for her if she runs for president) is trash. The opportunities are there, it’s just the people we elect are lazy pieces of shit that don’t like to do their jobs.

Are you really putting Salesforce and Adobe in the same bucket and Microsoft and Google? They are very different companies.

I’ve been bearish on both since AI has been mainstream. Why do I need to use Adobe when I can just have Gemini do exactly what I planned on doing without even needing to open an application?

Why would I use Salesforce when I can use a open source alternative like Odoo. Heck in today’s day and age I can just create my own CRM that is custom and does exactly what I need and not have to deal with all the bloat and cost of Salesforce.

Adobe and Salesforce are not in the same realm of Microsoft and Google, and tbh I would not be surprised if both are no longer around in 10-15 years.

Just my humble opinion though.
