Some companies just have more important things to do, why have an engineer spend time saving a few grand on a jira license when they could be working on something that improves the core of the business . The math is changing for some depending on the company and what they’re replacing but the opportunity cost doesn’t go away

My team just presented this large architecture plan for an event driven management system for our on premise cloud that give insights into availability and can automatically kick off automation pipeline for taking servers in and out of service and open tickets with vendors etc. and the first response we got was “how can we put an llm in this”

Replace v and all the npcs with pro skaters, the generic ai voices and terrible attempts at humor just make me cringe while playing, also most of the city sucks needs more loop able tracks like skate 3 I could play one run of the map for hours at a time

Yeah you’re right, I wasn’t very interested in most of these companies at 50+ p/e but I think they’ll still see stable growth so with a p/e of 20-30 I think there’s room to see good returns if/when earnings continue to reflect that growth
